The core business of Access Strategies is consulting services and patient advocacy.
The FollowMe™ products are the tools we use to promote better health outcomes for
health consumers and better coordination and improved quality of care between health
care organizations. We maintain a very close relationship with our clients and rely on
their feedback for improvement.
We host training and orientation sessions and meet with clients before developing the
specifications for upgrades. A good example is a provider using the MiVIA system
requested a way to be sure their participation was HIPAA compliant. In developing Version 2,
we created provider authentication, separate logins and passwords, and a provider portal that
includes time and entry audits. Our client's requirements became our guideline.
All of the FollowMe products, including three in development, rely on our commitment to improve health
outcomes through the use of technology, not for the sake of “technology” itself. We provide help desk
services to our clients as well as their users. All requests for information or assistance are addressed
within 8-10 hours. |
